Store Policies and Information

Cancellations:

Cancellations are only accepted before the production process begins.  If the order is still awaiting production a refund will be approved.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted.  If a received item has a reasonable quality defect, please email the order details and required photos.  A replacement will then be sent at no charge to the customer.  

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not accepted.  However, if a wrong size was accidentally ordered, please email to discuss options.  mail@islandseasnow.com

Additional Cancellation, Return, & Exchange Notes:

• All items are made to order by the supply team once purchased to manage cost and space.
• Please do not return items unless specifically requested.
• In the event that tracking reflects order delivered but the customer reports otherwise, it is recommended to check with neighbors first; then the associated courier/postal service for investigation and wait seven business days for resolution.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide, but full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is only provided for these specific countries: 

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

For any countries not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates or delivery confirmation, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.

We do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, & Ukraine.

Please be advised — for orders shipping to Iceland, the receiver will incur a charge of $10.35 USD to receive their order.
